Liberty Helicopter Charter had the same website for quite a few years, and it was clearly outdated and not serving them nearly to the potential that a web presence could. VIDA intervened with a full set of recommendations that truly launched Liberty into the modern era of the internet.

Liberty’s new site is built on the WordPress content management system, allowing for efficient and dynamic website updates, blog postings and connections to other presences such as Facebook and Twitter. This foundation will ensure that Liberty’s website is a living organism, capable of growing and expanding to meet the constantly evolving demands of an online audience.

VIDA then created highly targeted AdWords campaigns to drive searchers to specific sections of the new site, where they are presented with destination details, rates, tracking phone numbers, and lead forms – all tracked and analysed monthly to identify ROI and new opportunities. Click-rates for the ad groups are between 5 and 20%, dominating the competition, and Liberty initially reported an increase in calls of 40%, all from Google.

Finally, using the same tracking mechanisms, VIDA set up social profiles on Facebook and Twitter and began consistently pushing relevant blog articles, photos, links and content from the blog to these profiles to engage an online audience with the brand.

What these efforts all amount to is a forward-looking online strategy that is self-accountable and constantly navigating itself toward higher and higher ROI.
